Chiarella Realty is located at 14 Sargent Road in Sunapee, New Hampshire.

From Georges Mills, New London, I-89: Take route 11 west toward Sunapee and Newport. When you approach the town of Sunapee there is a long downhill. The speed limit changes from 50 to 30 M.P.H., the entrance to the new town garage is to your right, and there is a cable guardrail on your right as well. Sargent Road is the first right, just before the Sunapee Fire House, which is also on the right side of the road. The office is the white building with red trim that is the first house on the right on the road. Opposite Chiarella Realty is the old Town Garage.

From Newport, Claremont, I-91 & Mount Sunapee: Take Route 11 East toward Sunapee and New London. Go thorough the town of Sunapee, and on your left you will pass the Sherburne Gym, The Ball field, and then the Fire Station are on your left, and the Catholic Church is on your right. Sargent Road is the left hand turn just 100 feet past the Fire Station. The office is the white building with red trim that is the first house on the right on the road. Opposite Chiarella Realty is the Town Garage.
